The house is 150m2. It has 3 rooms and 3 bathrooms, supplemented by a hall and a corner suitable for working at home.

 

The spacious kitchen is well equipped, you will enjoy cooking together as it is connected to the living room, so no one misses out on conversations. There is also a smart TV and Wi-Fi in the living room. It is the perfect choice for family, friend or company retreats, events or intimate weddings.

The entire place belongs to the guests. You don't have to share the house or the spacious garden with anyone. The two hectares are a real fairy garden, waiting for visitors. A safe parking lot for cars has been created next to the house.

There are three bedrooms with separate entrances, an 18 m2 and a 20 m2 interior (ensuite) and a 6 m2 separate bathroom directly next to the third 16 m2.

Painted concrete floor, carpets, unique design objects, beautiful bed linen, towels, soap make the house comfortable.

The 60 cm old brick walls provide a pleasant climate in winter and summer. The heating is provided by an automatic system, which is completed by a fireplace.

 The 2-hectare garden has a dining set, lounge chairs, picnic equipment, and a barbecue.  There are hammocks hung on the trees for afternoon naps.  Walking path to the Vöröszeg guest house's small lake and game reserve.
